Main Duties & Responsibilities
TriMas Aerospace Summer Internship Program
We are currently seeking high energy and motivated students to join our team as
a 2025 Intern at our TriMas Aerospace company. We pride ourselves on our

These internship opportunities will be located at our Weldmac Manufacturing facility in El Cajon, CA.
We are looking for interns in the following
areas:
Quality
Project Scope: Creating and updating work instructions, process
documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with AS9100
standards.
Internship Course:
Over the course of our 8 - 10- week internship experience you will have the
opportunity to:
Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to
real world problems.
Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing
facilities.
Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future
of TriMas Aerospace
Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging
activities.
Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the aerospace
industry.
Intern
Salary Ranges
Bachelor's: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
Master's: $32.50 to $34.75 per hour
Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
Current 3.0 GPA and above
Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.
Prior work experience.
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of
hire.
