As the Manager, Media Strategy and Performance at Optimum, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and driving media strategies to ensure impactful performance across various advertising channels. You will leverage your expertise in ad campaign reporting in order to draw actionable insights that align with our business objectives. This position requires experience in programmatic digital media (display and online video/OLV) and a keen understanding of paid search and paid social performance. The ideal candidate has experience with direct response media. You should have the ability to translate the media data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations. This role also requires a balance of technical and strategic tasks while emphasizing storytelling and communication skills. Responsibilities
Offer Strategy & Optimization: - Centralize offer strategy and lead communications with agency teams and internal teams to develop integrated media and creative messaging strategies that leverage a mix of digital media channels, including display, OLV, paid search, and paid social. Programmatic Media: - Provide guidance to programmatic agency team from strategic planning, campaign execution, optimizations, and reporting to support business goals and performance KPIs. Ad Operations: - Develop, manage, and maintain tracking URL structures and filename parameters to ensure seamless ad campaign tracking and data accuracy. Media Analytics: - Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and DCM to monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital and social media platforms. Qualifications

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $123,379.00-$202,694.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. |
