This is an Adelaide hybrid opportunity where you'll work 2 days in the office, 3 days a week from home.

Now is the time to bring your business change expertise to this Strategy & Design role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. As a Business Change Consultant with Insight, you'll be responsible for assessment, planning and delivery of change management and business analysis activities for Insight's clients. We'll count on you to be an expert in a wide variety of business analysis and change management disciplines and work closely with a range of stakeholders including business and technical teams to solve business problems.

Leadership: The manager for this role is Trent Cain - Practice Lead. Trent is based in Perth and leads the Design and Adoption for Services.

As a Business Change Consultant you'll get to:

  • Effectively interact with the S&D Practice Manager and Change Team to ensure delivery of change deliverable milestones to client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Be on all change management engagements, the Change Manager should follow the proposed plan and schedule of activities and remain engaged with the client.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans within client engagements
  • Build a rapport with clients and teammates and manage stakeholder engagement and communication to support effective business change activities.
  • Present and communicate to business stakeholders at various levels of the organization

We're looking for a Business Change Consultant with:

  • Extensive experience in change management planning and delivery at an enterprise level
  • Ability to develop, manage and maintain change management plans and assessments whilst managing client's needs and expectations.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven change analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand change impacts and readiness and define and oversee delivery of change activities for the client.
  • Comfortable with presenting and communicating to business stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
  • Excellent workshop facilitation skills
  • Ideal - Business process discovery and mapping experience
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement.
  • Proven ability to develop business requirements based on business imperatives.
