Position Summary

As a Specialist IT User Supportyou will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify and address their unique technology needs, ensuring that their digital environment operates seamlessly. You will have the chance to facilitate new application downloads, conduct daily checks on office technology, and manage device replacements, all while providing essential troubleshooting support. You will play a crucial role in supporting executive meetings by ensuring all necessary technology is operational.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand and address their technology needs

  • Facilitate new application downloads by coordinating with the service desk or licensing team

  • Conduct daily checks of the office setup to ensure all technology is functioning optimally

  • Manage and oversee the replacement of devices, including monitors, mice, and headsets

  • Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring effective functionality

  • Coach executives on using applications and Microsoft products

  • Support executive meetings by ensuring all necessary applications and programs are operational

  • Act as a liaison with other IT teams to coordinate support and resources

Requirements

  • High School diploma required

  • 2+ years of end-user support experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Deployment, including End User Computing management, SCCM, Modern Management, and Microsoft technologies

  • 2 + years of troubleshooting support for devices, including end-user devices, workstations, and mobile phones

Other:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred

  • 1 year of experience working with executive leadership preferred

  • 1 year of experience with ServiceNow preferred

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 tools and platformspreferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 - $75,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
