Position Summary:

TASC has a long history of bringing game-changing solutions to the benefits field, and as a vital team member within the Enterprise Shared Services Finance team, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for our multiple entities.

Who are you?

  • You possess an associate degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in accounting and at least 3 years of recent payroll processing experience.
  • Alternatively, you have 4 years of professional accounting experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience working well with all levels of employees and leadership. Your innate positive customer service skills makes you the GO TO associate!
  • You have expertly processed multi-state payroll and reporting
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills
  • You are detail oriented and thorough in all areas of your work and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You work well within a team AND can accomplish your work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of the Enterprise level Payroll Coordinator include:

  • Monitoring and transferring employee timesheets into the payroll system,
  • Balancing and auditing the PVR for cafeteria benefits,
  • Assisting with the monitoring and coordination of multi-state payroll taxes to the various government agencies,
  • Assisting with the administration of 401(k) withholding,
  • Monthly reconciliation of payroll general ledger accounts,
  • Annual preparation of W-2 and other forms, and periodic benefit audits.
