Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Provision of overarching support for GFCT deliverables Assist in managing the GFCT portfolio workflow, working with managers/product owners, feature leads and scrum teams Manage large, complex technology projects Ensure successful completion of activities on specific product Foster productive working relationships within team, including GFCT Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Work to leverage tools and technologies that support team collaboration, to deliver results Prepare executive summary reporting for/to SLT Maintain a regular routine of cross-organization governance meetings, to ensure accountability and delivery Maintain meeting minutes and records Make and execute recommendations to improve operational activities and assist in developing and documenting new procedures and policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience with Complex cross-functional initiatives, MS Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.), and Agile Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple competing priorities Able to support strong, cohesive relationships at all levels of the organization. Able to deliver information in a clear, concise manner to support informed, rapid decision making Pay Range: $55.15 - $63.15 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
