What the day will look like

As a Delivery Manager, you will support the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of enterprise solutions-primarily centered around Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Aon's proprietary Enrollment Platform. Reporting to the Senior Director, Systems Delivery & Solutions, you'll collaborate across departments to gather requirements, support technical documentation, monitor performance metrics, and help ensure successful execution of internal and client-facing initiatives. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to solution design, delivery, and operations within a highly collaborative, agile environment.

Support Solution Implementation

• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders
• Participate in solution testing, documentation, and issue tracking
• Help configure CRM workflows and monitor data accuracy as needed
• Maintain awareness of platform capabilities to support business needs

Project Coordination & Communication

• Support project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and documenting decisions
• Help prepare materials for solution demos, stakeholder updates, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and assist in resolutions
• Monitor task progress and raise blockers or risks to senior team members

Operational Excellence

• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process documentation
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, assisting in reporting and analysis
• Identify small-scale efficiency opportunities and share with the broader team
• Participate in training sessions to grow technical and business knowledge

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 5-8 years of experience in employee benefits or voluntary benefits
• 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or delivery coordinator role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other enterprise platforms (preferred)
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
