JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Directly responsible for leading project and coordinating test procedures.
* Employ best practices in discovery, analysis, and process documentation.
* Identify missing test plans, testing scenarios or scripts.
* Utilize experience and skill to benefit the organization for test progression.
* Create testing schedule and track progress.
* Publish data analytics representing the project testing status for different levels of management.
* Host virtual and in-person meetings throughout the project lifecycle attesting to the quality of testing.
* Directing testing and troubleshooting processes with both the business and digital technology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor"s degree in Business or Computer Applications or similar degree / work experience
* Test Lead: 3-5 years
* SAP ECC experience: 3-5 years
* Test Management tool experience (ALM, qTest): 3-5 years
* End-to-end SAP implementation experience
* Data center move experience
* Strong technical understanding
* High standards in communication, responsiveness, and documentation
* Strong leadership skills
* Support multi-year project.
