Job Summary The Senior Manager of Supply Chain - Color & Additives USA/CAN has broad responsibilities across all regional sites balancing supply and demand across all relevant time fences. The primary responsibility of this role is leading a team accountable for production order creation and management, as well as purchase order creation and management for all the sites in the region. Additionally, this role will support lean six sigma initiatives (focused on supply chain automation), support Customer Service, Manufacturing and Sourcing as the liaison between customers, sites and Vendors, be a critical member of the business leadership team and will be held accountable for primary supply chain KPI's. Scope The position will lead 6 direct reports and be responsible for a team consisting of 20+ resources supporting the USA/CAN region. Education and Experience
