Job Summary

About the Role: NetApp is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to help support our Cloud Sales organization. This role will support the forecasting process, independently manage reporting and analysis on key cloud metrics, and collaborate effectively with various functions including Cloud Sales, Operations, and Finance. For candidates with a proactive approach and growth mindset, this role offers significant opportunity for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Forecasting Management: Oversee the forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely predictions to support business decisions.
* Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to gather and analyze data, providing insights that drive strategic initiatives.
* Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
* Support: Provide support to senior finance team members, sales leaders, and operations, and contribute to special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

* General knowledge of standard accounting and finance practices, and ability to follow departmental processes and procedures.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Database skills a big plus (but not essential)

Education

* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is desired.
* A University Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 104,380 - 155,320 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
