This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and will be responsible for repairs, construction, and maintenance of highly automated and advanced manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities: Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Read and interpret prints/drawings to accurately construct basic assemblies. Perform setup, operation, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision. Diagnose and repair electromechanical systems and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Conduct equipment and safety inspections and generate necessary maintenance work orders. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance tasks and communicate issues promptly to relevant personnel. Carry out preventive maintenance on small, machined parts, including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication. Use and update maintenance databases, track materials used and analyze data to identify root causes. Participate hands-on in the installation, startup, and debugging of new automated equipment. Take ownership of individual or team-assigned project work, utilizing tools for inspection, repair, and assembly. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. At least 1-3 years of experience working with hand tools on manufacturing equipment, construction, HVAC, Automotive, etc. executing repair and maintenance activities. Basic computer skills and use of MS Office applications. Written and verbal English communication skills. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
