*Description*
The Workday team at Sprouts is looking to bring in a Product Owner to support their Finance Workday module. The Workday team at Sprouts is responsible for the health & wellness of the entire system and they support functional users (ie Payroll, HR, Accounts Payable). Right now, their backlog has a lot of reports, integration stuff that this person will get tied to. This person will be a PO/System Admin, so looking for someone who has experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and creating net-new or revising existing business processes, reports, security policies, and preferably integrations. The hiring manager is open to either: - a strong PO that understands the product-based operating model and can help the rest of the team ramp up that way, and a little bit of Workday exp, then this person would be much more involved with handling Corporate requests and doing that responsibility. - a strong Workday Sys Admin with a little bit of product owner/business analyst exp Jacque's teams Product is Corporate (HR, Finance, Real Estate, etc), so basically any products that fall in those teams scope. Any and all technologies that they have, Jacques team is responsible for supporting them. They aren't responsible for doing the work, they're responsible for coordinating and getting the appropriate engineering teams allocated. An example of how it works for this team: Someone from HR will submit a ticket that says "I have a need- net-new integration for xyz system". This PO/Admin would get assigned the ticket, set up a meeting with the stakeholder, take the BRD, go out to the customer, and gather requirements on the need like what is in vs out of scope, success metrics. When they bring it back, they - Put it into backlog, break it down into epics, features, etc. - Then will present at Shared Services meeting, where the work will get assigned. Everyone on this teams does daily tickets for the Shared Services work. In addition, they handle all Workday work that needs to get done. For example, someone needs an integration or change to something in Workday, this person will get assigned, do the same process as above ^, but it doesn't get shared at the Shared Services meeting, this person would just handle it themselves, which is why they need to have Sys Admin experience. - They have to have some sort of Workday System admin experience - Needs gathering is critical. Right now, everything is being done in ServiceNow, but that will change, they're moving to ClickUp They would love to find someone who has Finance module experience in Workday, but are open to a PO/BA who has strong requirements gathering experience and has experience as a Workday Systems Admin. Her team is made up of Admins. Going to immediately get aligned to backlog, don't need to be super technical and don't need to have Analyst exp - just admin. Integrations - EIB's are the lowest level of integrations - basically an excel template that loads into Workday. Terms you might hear someone talk about related to integrations: API's, direct connect, workday connector, workday web service. Integration experience isn't REQUIRED, it's a preference. *Skills* Workday, ERP, Finance, toc, erpss, integration *Top Skills Details* Workday,ERP,Finance, toc, erpss *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Clear communicator Attention to detail Team Player Workday Financials - FCM (Finance Core Model) - it has all the modules on the finance side.
