You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Directors responsible for growing our largest U.S headquartered Customer relationships within LS&H. Clarivate believes, to be successful, we must align ourselves to best serve the needs of the Customer and, as such, this team would be responsible for selling across our portfolio of SaaS products and consulting services targeted at R&D, Portfolio Strategy and Commercialization personas. A strong renewal base is accompanied by an expectation to upsell and cross-sell new services and solutions. You will be required to leverage strong facilitation and communication skills as well as collaboration with Customer Success, Solution Specialists and Product Management teams to serve these Global Customer relationships.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience selling into Global Customers in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 7 years Sales Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience selling multi-million deals, including complex data and business intelligence solutions
  • Proven track record of developing skills and behaviors of senior Account Managers

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Meet assigned New Business, Retention & Total Business Team targets and other Performance KPIs
  • Collate, pressure test and deliver on Forecasts to the business
  • Set an ambitious vision, plan and strategy to achieve material growth
    • Motivate and lead your Team to deliver on this plan
  • Recruit, onboard and train new talent
  • Participate in Customer meetings with key Decision Makers and Influencers
  • Coach the team to:
    • Develop a high level of customer intelligence and knowledge
    • Identify the customer's key business questions and use cases
    • Operate and influence within a matrix operating model
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey with Clarivate.
  • Work with Consulting Partners and subject matter experts to identify opportunities.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is also a hybrid position working in the office or at a client sites 2-3 days a week.

Compensation- US Only

The expected base salary for this position is $200,000 - 260,000 USD per year plus annual on-target commission plan ($135,000 - $175,000 additional). This role is also eligible for Clarivate's equity plan. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability,expertise,and relevant factors.In addition to a competitiveremunerationpackage, you will be eligible toparticipatein a benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401k with match, long term disability coverage, vacation, sick time, volunteer time, discount programs, and more.
