What does FSOP Senior Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Develop and grow overall volume revenue and profit within FSOP channel including LMP, bottle/can, and retail vending. Lead and motivate a sales team in the assigned territory, setting clear goals and expectations and provide coaching and support to enhance the team's performance.

Responsibilities:




  • Train, coach, mentor and develop the sales team to drive sales results
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume and performance profits targets for FSOP in the assigned territory
  • Negotiate and open new business opportunities within territory (grow account base)
  • Grow current customer volume and profits by targeting new products or services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to become the customer's most valued business partner
  • Ensure utilization of selling and development tools across the territory
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months required and
  • 4+ years Sales Experience with a bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years recent experience leading a sales team required
  • Strong knowledge of the FSOP Profit Analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Base pay range is $107,442 to $141,017 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
