Summary:

The Principal, Program Manager, will drive the organization's vision, strategy, and roadmap to align outcomes with key goals and objectives. This role will ensure through cross functional oversight and influence that we develop and carry out a strategic plan that delivers the organization's vision and financial projections. The goal of the organization is to deliver superior and transformative customer experience and associate experience with design principles of delivering sales and earnings plans.

Pay Class and Pay
|
Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $ 110,541.41 - $147,387.48
|
Essential Responsibilities:
|
- Lead cross-functional teams defining technology and process solutions that solve complex problems and drive value for the organization.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Visionworks' business and serve as the subject matter expert in projects and programs your supporting.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze and solve business problems understanding the root cause and effect.
- Drive assigned programs and projects to deliver desired outcomes outlined by its stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of process improvement and problem solving methodologies with supporting templates and structured approaches.
- Develop and implement measures to monitor progress of programs towards goals and objectives.
- Manage and hold accountable vendors and partners on company programs with metrics to ensure they are meeting our performance guidelines and standards
- Partner with BI, Data Science, and other technical teams to perform analyses that generate insights and business opportunities for decision making.

Education:
|
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in related Field or equivalent combination or experience and education
|
Experience & Background:
|
- Five (5) plus years of work related experience in retail, hospitality, or related Field
- Proficient user of core systems & technology applications, including but not limited to POS, Dayforce, Eyefinity Practice Management, and MS office suite software
- Preferred large enterprise experience in a matrixed environment.

Language Skills:
|
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) helpful, but not required
|
