Welders - 2nd Shift ark Primary Job Duties: Perform welding and metal fabrication on a variety of welding projects and stick and wire techniques Read blueprints and schematics to determine needed configurations for weldments/assemblies Set up, adjust and maintain all welding equipment Perform metal cutting using plasma, oxy-acetylene or grinders Work in a safe manner wearing all required PPE Maintain 6s Be a problem solver Operate forklift Share our values of fairness, respect, passion, responsibility, and integrity Completes other duties as assigned $25-30 hr DOE We offer exceptional benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account, 401(k) and match, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO 19 days, 10 holidays, 6 sick days. Requirements / Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years experience as a welder with progressive responsibilities Certification in MIG and structural welding preferred Standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
