Job Overview The Client Services Assistant I position provides administrative support to the Client Services Team. Key Responsibilities Answer and distribute incoming phone calls on behalf of the corporate Tubelite office ( Send written warranties to clients (as a back-up) Print and distribute conference room schedules daily Print and manage order team inbox Monitor and distribute faxes Enter orders as time allows Perform similar and related duties as assigned by department Supervisor of Manager Required Skills and Qualifications Associates degree or minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work Ability to multi-task Our Benefits We care about and invest in our employees.
