Description Project Story: First Citizen Bank merged with CIT in 2022 and in 2023 acquired Silicon Valley Bank as a result of their failure, growing their organization from being a midsized, regional Bank to a Top 20 Bank and LFI. The Bank is looking to bring on additional analysts, engineers and technical writers to augment their team as they continue to align to regulatory expectations as an organization. 2025 is a great time to join the organization, as they've recently established a new roadmap around growing their security posture as a large Bank. - Candidates that have ever been involved in IAM project/development that was regulatory-driven will be prioritized. - These positions could lead to full time employment, as they've run rather lean since the last acquisition. The leader welcomes individuals who could be a long term fit for their environment and goals. EXTERNAL NOTES: 1) 7-8 years of experience as an IAM Analyst - this person will be responsible for building user stories and must have a strong technical understanding of SailPoint IGA. 2) Jira expertise is required. 3) PREFERRED: Experience with Financial Services or Banking.
