Role Overview: New York Life's Wealth Management Solutions department is comprised of NYLIFE Securities LLC (broker-dealer) and Eagle Strategies LLC. Eagle Strategies provides retail investment advisory services through about 1,250 affiliated investment advisor representatives (IARs) and more than $20B in assets under management (AUM). Eagle IARs provide comprehensive investment advisory and financial planning capabilities. Through our "protection first" planning philosophy and backed by solutions that leverage New York Life's financial strength and mutuality, our advisors can tailor a plan to help their clients reach their long-term goals and withstand unforeseen fluctuations through insurance, annuities, brokerage (including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and specialty asset classes), and other products. We believe the best financial solutions are built when an advisor has a thorough understanding of their clients' current financial picture and their short- and long-term goals. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$70,000-$100,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program. Please note: This role requires FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
