THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Utility Porter at Bellagio, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $21.2261 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service in accordance with S.H.O.W. Service Basics, striving to exceed guest expectations.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail across casino floors, public areas, offices, restrooms, and additional designated spaces.

• Safely operate a variety of professional floor care and specialized cleaning equipment to maintain facility presentation.

• Handle and sanitize areas affected by biohazardous materials following proper safety protocols.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Experience with professional cleaning equipment.

• Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes.

• Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.

• English as a primary or secondary language.

• Valid Nevada Driver's License, or in the process of getting one.
