Summary: The Branch Analyst is responsible for supporting the NGB Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention contract through detailed program analysis and metric development. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a background in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, or risk reduction programs.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support program decision-making.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program statistics and outcomes.
- Maintain and update program databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Support the resilience and risk reduction branches with statistical expertise and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of practical experience in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, or risk reduction programs.
- ACE-SI Tier-2 certification within 6 months of employment.
- ADAPT certification within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum four years of practical experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and eligible to obtain a Contractor Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in substance abuse and suicide prevention programs.
- Familiarity with resilience training and related statistical analysis.
- Advanced certifications or training in data analysis or related fields.
