Summary:

The Branch Analyst is responsible for supporting the NGB Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention contract through detailed program analysis and metric development. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a background in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, or risk reduction programs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support program decision-making.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program statistics and outcomes.
• Maintain and update program databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Support the resilience and risk reduction branches with statistical expertise and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of practical experience in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, or risk reduction programs.
• ACE-SI Tier-2 certification within 6 months of employment.
• ADAPT certification within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum four years of practical experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and eligible to obtain a Contractor Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in substance abuse and suicide prevention programs.
• Familiarity with resilience training and related statistical analysis.
• Advanced certifications or training in data analysis or related fields.
