Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities The future of world-class mission support and innovative ground system architecture and software is being developed today at Arcfield. The Enterprise Data Applications and Platforms group delivers enterprise solutions for data-centric and service-centric capabilities to empower our customer's most important development, test, and operations activities. We are looking for a forward-leaning individual to oversee Tier 2 support to mission critical capabilities. This individual will be required to oversee the update and maintenance of production systems, the employment of service and application monitoring tools for the ground enterprise's platform services provider, and provide advanced troubleshooting. He or she will need to be able proactively deescalate complex technical issues through problem-solving, efficient collaboration, and effective communication to and between leadership, end users, and developers.
