Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Contract Compliance is responsible for managing and overseeing contractual commitments related to infusion therapy commercial agreements. This role ensures compliance with customer contracts, optimizes contract performance, and collaborates with cross functional teams to drive business success. The primary responsibilities for this role include leading a team responsible for analyzing and measuring commercial contracting commitments and to ensure successful outcomes aligning with Fresenius Kabi's commercial strategies. In addition, this role will support departmental strategies and decisions regarding daily business functions and ad-hoc projects.
The Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring and understanding the Medical Surgical and Devices market and contracting strategies. Brings awareness to business risks due to changing competitive landscape and suggests solutions. This role will work with key stakeholders to direct cross-functional teams and manage priorities that deliver optimal commercial value.
This position is heavily reliant on interacting with multiple Fresenius Kabi US business functions. The Senior Manager must practice proactive management, drive collaboration, and be a positive team leader. The individual must be able to successfully facilitate and complete projects in a matrix environment to facilitate business decisions that generate the greatest revenue and profit return.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
- Oversees GPO, IDN & Hospital contracting strategies/initiatives.
- Manages a team responsible for monitoring contract commitments.
- Develops policies and procedures required to measure customer contract commitments for IV Therapy Products & Devices
- Oversees the administration and fulfillment of contractual obligations and commitments.
- Monitors customer commitments and ensure alignment with agreed contractual terms.
- Leads customer obligation inquiries and disputes related to contractual obligations.
- Supports commercial teams in structuring contracts that drive long-term customer relationships.
- Develops and implements best practices for contract management and obligation tracking.
- Maintains detailed records of customer commitments, amendments, and compliance reports.
- Works with legal and compliance teams to assess risks and implement corrective actions.
- Identifies opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth within existing contracts
- Provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership on contract performance.
- Leads Review Committee that includes managing recommendations with key stakeholders.
- Regularly interfaces with Marketing, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and other functional areas to ensure that key information is incorporated in the decision-making process.
- Contributes to the IV Therapy commercialization strategy where evidence-based outcomes may influence decision-making including value-based contracting and negotiations, while ensuring compliance to internal and external policies and regulations.
- Directly interfaces with customers on contract obligation reporting and measurement.
- Assesses the consequences of business decisions while weighing multiple factors, identify conclusions, opportunities, and risks to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and develop tools to assist in the project deliverables.
- Leads project to organize project to report and socialize business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributes to the preparation of ad-hoc presentations, assess the impact of the analysis, identify opportunities and risks, and make appropriate recommendations to Senior Management
- Participates at conferences, national tradeshows, and other customer related events.
- Completes all training requirements, including all department-specific, compliance training, etc.
- Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
