Job Summary

As a Business Analyst - Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital platforms meet accessibility and data privacy standards. You will assess and analyze digital properties for compliance with ADA accessibility (WCAG 2.1), cookie consent policies (GDPR, CPRA), and other relevant regulations. Working cross-functionally with web development, consumer behavior design, and legal teams, you will conduct audits, implement compliance solutions, and track improvements over time. Your insights will help shape the online experience for millions of fans while maintaining regulatory compliance in the ever-evolving live music industry.

Essential Functions



  • Conduct audits using tools such as Chrome DevTools, browser inspect tools, and automated compliance platforms (Level Access and OneTrust) to identify compliance gaps.
  • Review, implement, and optimize website cookie banners, accessibility widgets, and other compliance-related integrations.
  • Evaluate and analyze digital properties to ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), cookie consent policies (GDPR, CPRA), and other data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor, research and stay up to date with regulatory updates related to website accessibility and data privacy to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with web development, design, and legal teams to translate and implement compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an audit of all data capture forms and the required consent language associated with each channel and use case.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to review and audit consumer subscription preferences for compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Develop reports and documentation to track compliance status, monitor key risks, and measure improvements over time.
  • Support the operational implementation of privacy-related processes and standards set by Corporate Legal and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to policies.



Required Qualifications




  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in a compliance, business analysis, or web accessibility role
  • Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience using Chrome DevTools and browser inspection tools.
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance tools, WCAG guidelines, and website accessibility testing methodologies.
  • Experience with website cookie compliance solutions and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CPRA.
  • Knowledge of CASL, CAN-SPAM and TCPA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into actionable steps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in ADA compliance, data privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM), or related fields.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and their impact on compliance efforts.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and their influence on web accessibility.
  • Experience using Level Access or OneTrust.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring software or automated accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe DevTools, WAVE, Siteimprove) is a plus.


Pay Scale:$78,164 - $106,587

AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside their normal description.
