Position Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst to join a team of nine. This role involves providing IT support, including help desk tickets and desktop support. Most deployments are done remotely and are a minor part of the job. The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in a corporate IT support environment, supporting level 1 - 3 issues. Key Responsibilities: * Handle help desk and desktop support tickets for level 1 - 3 issues. * Assist with tasks including revamping MECM, implmenting OneDrive, O365 Administration, etc. * Provide excellent customer service and communication. * Educate and advocate the use of collaboration tools like O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * Share technical IT knowledge and guidance with peers. * Assist with security patches and antivirus deployment. * Troubleshoot and resolve end user and network issues, supporting network connectivity. Skill Requirements: 5 or more years of exprience in the following: * Experience with Office 365 and identity management. * Technical knowledge of laptops and Service Desk hardware, including Windows 11 and Active Directory. Education: * Advanced degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience. * Preferred certifications: MCP, A++, CompTIA A+. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
