TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Service Desk Technician. This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. Relevant technologies for this role include: Windows 10, ServiceNow, O365, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware *Skills:* Help Desk Support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Windows 10, Technical support, Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Hardware, Ticketing System, Password Reset, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, *Pay and Benefits:* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr. *Workplace Type:* This is a fully onsite position in Oshkosh, WI. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
