Showroom Training and Documentation Specialist

The Showroom Training and Documentation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring all HOLLY HUNT showrooms across the globe run seamlessly and our clients receive the highest level of service. This role has a dual focus on documentation of critical information for the showrooms as well as responsibilities for showroom training to ensure our sales teams are empowered with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Showroom Operations and Training Manager, showrooms and various corporate teams to facilitate communication on critical matters such as price increases, product rollouts and IT implementations.
  • Document according to HH standards processes and training for internal audiences, primarily HH and partner showrooms.
  • Create materials, including lookbooks and digital sales presentations for sales staff.
  • Oversee, update and create content when needed for HH SharePoint site.
  • Create content and train teams on various topics including new product, new processes, ERP system, etc.
  • Document any new process flows and create quick reference guides for internal teams.
  • Work with VP, Sales to create and send out monthly HH highlights.
  • Create recorded videos for various topics to be used on the HH SharePoint site.
  • Collaborate with Showroom Operations and Training Manager on documentation and to schedule, plan and execute new hire training programs.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience. Experience in sales or training preferred
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and any screen capture or screen recording software (Camtasia, etc.) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective presentation skills are essential to share information with top management, public groups, and clients
  • Must have a strong record of collaboration and team building.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to successfully operate, manage, and/or

work with diverse group of people, ranging from vendors, showrooms, and executives alike
