This position is responsible for co-managing the branch while demonstrating positive leadership behaviors through team motivation, team development and leading by example. Duties include directing branch activities to meet established goals to acquire, expand and retain customer relationships, service quality goals and ensure branch activities reflect our aspirations in the market and community. This role supports the Branch Manager by coordinating the training, sales, service and operational aspects supporting bank initiatives which include leading and managing Financial Concierge sales goals, participating and promoting business development activities and assisting with developing strategies for branch success. Ensures and coordinates daily operations with accuracy and efficiency and demonstrates a high level of product knowledge to ensure quality customer service. Acts as the compliance representative and is accountable for complying with bank policies and procedures along with governmental regulatory requirements and risk management. Location: Lincoln Heights Branch - 2415 E 29th Ave, Spokane, WA 99223 Schedule: 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM and occasional Saturday, 9:45 AM to 2:15 PM. Schedule may vary; flexibility is required. Pay Range: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
