Summary

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations related to our sales technology stack, including HubSpot CRM, lead generation and prospecting tools, sales documents (such as proposals, RFPs, and capabilities decks), marketing efforts, and our sales enablement platform. This role aims to enhance sales productivity and efficiency by ensuring seamless integration and utilization of sales and marketing tools and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Technology Management: Oversee and maintain the sales tech stack, ensuring tools like HubSpot CRM are effectively utilized and integrated.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Manage tools and processes for lead generation and prospecting, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead acquisition strategies.
  • Sales Content Management: Develop, organize, and maintain sales documents, including proposals, RFPs, and capabilities decks, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and effective content utilization.
  • Sales Enablement Platform Oversight: Administer the sales enablement platform, facilitating training and resources to support the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Onboarding and Training Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials, ensuring new sales hires are effectively integrated and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization and adoption.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales, or a related
  • role.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and marketing alignment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with prospecting and lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
  • Experience in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience developing and managing sales documents and marketing materials.

Compensation Range: $80,000-$95,000, plus bonus.
