About the Role

Culmen seeks a Nonproliferation Project Manager to help manage Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) projects.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Manage international projects to cost, schedule, and performance parameters
  • Travel in country to monitor projects
  • Site surveys in country to identify project scope parameters
  • Acceptance testing of NSDD systems
  • Training and sustainability visits for NSDD systems
  • Develop and conduct senior-level briefings
  • Develop project and research papers
  • Other tasks as required


Required Qualifications

  • Masters's Degree in international relations/security area
  • DOE Q clearance
  • US government nonproliferation program experience


Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification
