Starting Salary Range: $100,00-$117,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

The Sr People Insights & Data Analyst is responsible for providing consultative, data-driven expertise for the human resources team. The person in this role will integrate data sources across multiple tools and systems (excel, HRIS, etc.) to create dashboards, data models, and scenario plans to ensure HR and MISO business leaders make informed, people-related decisions. This role provides an opportunity for a curious, data driven, people scientist to help build capability within the human resources team to advance our people and culture strategy.

This role works across all functions of HR - Total Rewards, Talent Management, Culture and Diversity & Inclusion using candidate and employee data to drive decision making and organizational effectiveness. Strong analytical data science expertise and demonstrated knowledge of HR data, analytics, and processes to help advance our analytic capabilities and enable data-driven decisions is a must!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Begin integration into the HR team, learning the people, processes, data, and connections to the business
  • Automate current reports and dashboard (Turnover, Headcount, Vacancy, D&I)
  • Improve basic reporting and dashboards
  • Help drive early planning efforts for the data components of our new HR Information System
  • Help design data quality and structure plan for current and future HR systems and processes


What we are looking for...



  • Proficiency and experience working with various analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint


What we prefer...



  • Relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in statistical or programming languages (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
  • Deep knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Demonstrated experience presenting in executive-level forums
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Viva preferred
