JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Fox Graduate School at the Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Coordinator with strong communication skills for its Graduate Admissions team. Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities for this position include the following duties:
Education and Experience: This position will be filled as a Graduate Enrollment Services Coordinator, Intermediate Professional, and requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher and 1+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in higher education and using student information systems (e.g. PeopleSoft or LionPATH) is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required. Requires excellent judgment in problem solving.
