Job Description:

Responsible for the strategy and management of organization effectiveness activities including employee engagement, change management and communications and performance management across the enterprise, serving as a centralized hub for the broader Human Resources organization. Provides leadership and best-practice insight for the development of organizational effectiveness tools and programs related to organizational design, employee engagement and change management.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Designs of programs and processes that support organization effectiveness, organization design including talent assessment and selection, workforce and succession planning, and performance management.
  • Develops Human Resources programs to increase employee involvement and commitment to system strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Designs change management and communication strategy.
  • Develops and maintains system organizational design strategy.
  • Oversees performance management program design.
  • Oversees organizational effectiveness activities for large scale initiatives/deployments happening throughout the organization.
  • Provides system-wide organizational and change readiness methodology, enabled by leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of organizational development/effectiveness experience
  • 5 to 7 years of Human Resources leadership experience preferably for organizational effectiveness function in a unionized environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary: Lifting weight Up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

Position Location

This Leader position is primarily work-from-home, but the ability to work onsite at the Allina Commons in Minneapolis and across our local service area to build relationships, participate in planning and influence process will be required. Candidates should anticipate onsite work approximately 4-8 times/month

Pay Range

Pay Range: $75.60 to $104.61 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
