RN - Endoscopy - Part time - Mercy SD

This is a part-time RN position with 32 hours per 2 week pay period located at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest. It has a varied shift with varied call hours that are on rotated schedule with staff.

As a RN within Endoscopy you will provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• California RN license
• Minimum one year RN experience
• BLS, Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association
• Be able to speak, read and following instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA in Nursing
• Previous ICU or GI experience
• Pre-OP/Post Op experience
