Description of Job The Procure to Pay department at Colorado School of Mines provides the following services: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Student Accounting & Billing, Contracting & Procurement and Payroll & Employment to the Mines community and its numerous off-campus partners in support of the University's mission. This support is governed by the key principles of customer service, regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability. The candidate we select must be able to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently. The right person has experience providing excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions, telephone and email and should possess outstanding attention to detail, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
