Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Configuration and Data Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and establishing configuration and data management (CM/DM) processes and documentation based on program requirements and in compliance with applicable security regulations. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and data management efforts for multiple programs
• Provide comprehensive configuration and data management planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and audit
• Maintain a multi-level configuration management plan for unclassified and classified programs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze CM/DM issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze and support audits and corrective actions
• Create contract data requirements lists for early acquisition programs
• Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation
• Review metrics and perform audits to ensure CM/DM processes and procedures are efficient and effective
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor deep dive and root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve process and create efficiency
• Support use of tools such as Cameo, Jira, and Confluence to assist with MBSE environment for customer needs

• • 10+ years of DoD work experience supporting cross-functional teams within the DoD enterprise
  • 3-5 years of relevant configuration and data management experience
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews.
  • Knowledge of digital engineering and modern model-based technologies, such as: model-based systems engineering (MBSE) or model-based design (MBD)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • SharePoint experience
  • JIRA experience
  • Confluence experience
  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  Clearance Requirements

  • Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
