Job Summary

The Student Services Manager for Dual Enrollment oversees a diverse group of stakeholders, including high school students, teachers, administrators, parents, college faculty, and college administrators. This role involves supervising, managing, and coordinating the dual enrollment program, while also offering comprehensive enrollment services to partner high schools. The Dual Enrollment Manager is a key member of the Early College Programs team, which also supports other initiatives such as ACE, Hoop of Learning, High School College Advisors, and college recruitment efforts.

Essential Functions

50% - Work closely with college faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as high school faculty, administrators, and District personnel, to coordinate the dual enrollment program. Ensure compliance with District regulations and Arizona statutes related to dual enrollment, including preparing reports and addressing any reporting discrepancies.
30% - Oversee all aspects of the dual enrollment process, including recruitment, admissions, enrollments, and addressing any issues that arise for students, parents, and instructors. Develop, coordinate and execute training for department staff and other stakeholders including Admissions & Records, High School College Advisors and other Enrollment Service staff support.
10% - Lead, manage, and oversee all activities within the dual enrollment office, while providing support and supervision to the Early College team, including the Dual Enrollment, Early College, and High School College Advisors departments.
10% - Build and maintain relationships to address the diverse needs of various individuals, both within the institution and externally.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, sociology, business administration or related field and five years of progressively responsible student services or related experience that includes such things as administration of policies and procedures, program oversight and two years of supervisory experience.

OR

An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree or higher earned degree from a regionally accredited institution
Experience coordinating a dual enrollment program as a working supervisor
Knowledge of one-stop enrollment center services providing wraparound services
Experience in working with Student Affairs and Academic Affairs
Experience developing and maintaining reports relating to enrollment and student demographics
Experience compiling data and providing reports for analysis
Experience working with various populations, at-risk students at a post-secondary level and/or a Hispanic Serving Institution.
