Job Description General Summary: The Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition is an experienced Talent Acquisition expert who will provide strategic leadership and business partnership to a highly complex/ large client group(s). As part of the senior Talent Acquisition Leadership team, s/he would provide vision, leadership and team management for Regulatory & Quality and G&A organizations. This role will report into the VP of Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence & Early Career and sit on the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT). This role will execute efficient and effective talent acquisition programs and practices which include developing a recruiting strategy to support the business strategy for assigned client(s) and driving performance across all talent acquisition disciplines (i.e. talent mapping, sourcing, branding, assessment & selection, offer negotiation, etc.). This critical leader will also cultivate and leverage multiple cross-functional business relationships and work closely with Early Career and other TA and HR COEs to identify and engage with top industry talent and execute creative recruiting solutions for the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to assigned client groups that are facing unique and complex talent problems (e.g., regulations, globally dispersed operations, skill scarcity, emerging skill areas, etc.)
- Strategically embedded into daily business operations, work side by side with the HR Business Partner(s) to understand the business workforce plan, key functional and behavioral capability requirements and organizational design plans
- Provide strategic talent acquisition support and counsel to business leaders and leadership teams, exhibiting high business acumen, and provide expertise on workforce trends and talent acquisition best practices. Applies advanced critical thinking to advise on complex problems with potential long-term impact on the business.
- Ensures all critical hires for the functions are achieved annually
- Proactively communicate functional business requirements to team supporting the business, monitor progress against goals, and ensure talent acquisition programs and practices create value and competitive advantage for the business.
- Provide strategic team leadership while taking a very hands-on role in identifying and cultivating relationships with highly qualified, diverse industry talent, particularly for senior-level roles (Director to Executive Director level roles)
- Build talent pipelines for key near-term and longer-term organizational capability and capacity needs
- Strategically drive external relationships (i.e; universities, vendors, agencies and partners) to effectively deliver high quality diverse talent, while maintaining positive relationships with them
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, pre-screen potential candidates and deliver qualified diverse candidates for hiring manager evaluation.
- Grow current network, foster new relationships with potential candidates, and attend/coordinate networking events to further identify top talent for the organization.
- Provide/ensure regular updates to team, hiring managers and business partners of all assignments
- Collaborate with other members of TA and Human Resources (i.e Total Rewards, HR Employee Services, Talent Management) team on developing action plans for hiring key, hard to find talent.
- A learner and curious. S/he upskills themselves continually and their teams to prepare themselves for the future of TA/HR
- Leads Recruitment Marketing strategies for their business functions
- Leads enterprise-wide projects with VP of TA

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically requires 12 years progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant experience in leadership/management within talent acquisition
Pay Range: $214,600 - $321,900

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
