The Role

As Senior Sales Director - OHI & Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through Forsta's exclusive partnership with McKinsey, selling the Organizational Health Index (OHI) enabler. The role is a hybrid between new business development (OHI sales) and managing and expanding strategic client relationships with some of Forsta's largest partners.

You will identify opportunities, close deals, and strengthen partnerships across the North America and Europe. This role requires a proven industry expert with a deep understanding of Employee Experience (EX) and business transformation, as well as experience working with major global consulting firms like McKinsey.

Seeking candidates based in Toronto, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Business Development: Own the sales strategy and execution for OHI, generating $500,000-$1,000,000 in revenue within the first year.
  • Key Account Management: Drive growth and retention within existing strategic accounts.
  • Partnership Expansion: Deepen Forsta's collaboration with McKinsey and identify new resell and delivery partners in Europe and the U.S.
  • Market Penetration: Develop a targeted go-to-market strategy for OHI, focusing onSMB business.
  • Solution Selling: Present tailored solutions that align with client needs, positioning OHI as the global standard for measuring organizational culture.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close new contracts while ensuring long-term value for both Forsta and its partners.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights that enhance their business transformation efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Forsta's marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, EX, or business transformation industries.
  • Strong experience in OHI, organizational health, and/or Employee Experience (EX) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in strategic sales, new business development, and account growth.
  • Experience working with or selling to large global consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Accenture, KornFerry, Gallup).
  • Comfortable working across time zones, particularly with European clients, as needed.
  • Ability to travel as required (domestic and international).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SaaS sales best practices.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $101,000 - $150,000 per year. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
