JMT's Accounting Department is seeking a team-oriented administrative professional to join their group.

Pay Range: $17-$22/hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities



  • Copy, scan, and mail client invoices and other accounting documents
  • File and index documents into an electronic document management system, and maintain the system queues
  • Sub-payment research to ensure timely payments
  • Sub-consultant invoice review and processing
  • Minority business reporting and tracking of timely submissions
  • Data entry and clean up within the Accounting System
  • Periodic updating of client payroll rosters
  • Responsible for weekly timesheet process


Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities



  • Assist Project Accountants with various tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent team player
  • High degree of professionalism and strong people skills


Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
