Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization. This is a role within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department including facility and equipment maintenance/repair, preventive and predictive maintenance; manage spare parts inventory, and (ii) Ensure maintenance, repair, and preventive and predictive maintenance work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on-time. Additionally, oversight of the manufacturing engineering team that will improve production through machine uptime, facility layout improvements and automation projects. Requires 5+ years of prior supervisory or experience in a supervisor type role, 3+ years experience of industrial and facility maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining and implementing industrial equipment, a minimum of a High school diploma or GED equivalent and an OSHA 10 certification Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance The pay for this position is ($68,900 -$115,200 ); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
