Working on various strategic projects in the Global Mobility team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division. The role involves working on strategic projects across mobility functions including assignment management, expense management and budgeting, operations, tax and immigration. A portion of the role will also involve working on broader strategic people and talent initiatives for the Dallas region.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Partner with the businesses and stakeholders on initiatives and navigate complex Mobility challenges including immigration, tax, and relocation issues
  • Project work includes but is not limited to:

    • Mobility policy and process reviews
    • External benchmarking
    • Vendor reviews and governance
    • Finance dashboard updates and analysis
    • Mobility projects including RFPs and vendor management

  • Provide executive summaries and briefing materials that highlight key Mobility trends
  • Prepare and develop reporting, dashboards and insights for senior management
  • Collaborate with Mobility teams globally to gather data, ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Support regulatory and compliance needs including Internal Audit reviews
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive project execution, meetings timelines and quality standards
  • Support Mobility teams as needed especially during year-end

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and be a part of a global team operating across various time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • 4+ years of work experience, in a mobility related field a plus
  • International / expatriate tax knowledge and/or immigration knowledge preferred
  • Client service and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and highly detail-oriented; appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound judgments based on firm policies/standards while maintaining compliance
  • Flexibility to work independently and across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Particularly strong Excel knowledge.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (analytical or a related field in HR preferred)
