Our Company The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Director of Global Trade Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead Adobe's sanctions screening program including all aspects of the end-to-end screening process as well as import and export compliance. Reporting to Adobe's Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the screening program adheres to applicable regulations through the development of policies and standards as well as screening technology and process enhancements that ensure compliance at scale. You'll have a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative technology. You'll thrive on collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in the legal, business, and engineering departments, all working together to build and maintain robust trade compliance solutions. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $150,000 -- $301,050 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
