Description Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Assembler to join our client in Sparks, NV Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned: Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary. Prepare status reports. Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly o Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur Work independently with moderate supervision What you will receive: Duration: Temporary, 12 months Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Pay rate: $22-24/hour DOE Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' production or related work experience. High School diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training or equivalent Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools Visual acuity and manual dexterity Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Good verbal and written communication skills Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
