Join our Emergency Services Department at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista, serving San Diego County's South Bay communities. We offer 24-hour emergency care and are consistently recognized for clinical excellence and patient safety by Healthgrades. Our department leads innovative efforts to reduce patient wait times and was the first to implement a sepsis code, serving as a model for all Scripps Health Emergency Departments. Employees describe the work environment as friendly, positive, and family-oriented, with strong collaboration among staff. We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-bed Emergency Department, where you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, and progress evaluation. You will lead the care team in ensuring optimal patient outcomes while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. *$4K New Hire and $3K Relocation Incentives The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
