At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Collections Coordinator position provides general support to the Blood Center Collections Department. This position is responsible for keeping departments databases, creating charts, sending monthly reports, assisting with filing and scanning, and entering documents and feedback for staff. The anticipated salary starts at $16.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:



  • Provides clerical and registration support
  • Track and issue summary reports as requested by any department
  • Enters all off-line Automated Collections procedure information into Vista
  • Generates and resolves staff documentation and procedure errors
  • Prepare reports, statistical data, forms, questionnaires and surveys as necessary



What you will bring to the role:



  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position
  • Strong organization, time management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting preferred.



Additional information:



  • This position reports directly to the Donor Collections Director
  • Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am - 4pm in the Bethlehem office, with occasional driving as needed to various sites
