Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location(s): Cary, NC

• Role involves parts clarification.
• The Parts Clarification position resides in our Customer Service Headquarters.
• This position responds to incoming inquiries and/or requests regarding Spare Parts for our Imaging Equipment.
• Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations.
• Drives complex issues and questions.
• Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify part issues.
• The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Working in a team environment is crucial to this role.
• Must be extremely organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication skills and adaptable to change.
• Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience.
• Proficient in computer skills for Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 3-5 years' experience in a customer support environment.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Researching, investigating, troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail.

• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook.

• Monday through Friday 9am until 6pm.
