The Production Coordinator will also manage, catalog and store the existing prop library, branded apparel, wardrobe plus help coordinate and purchase additional items as needed.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: * Asset media management, preparation, mastering, archiving and trafficking. * Liaise with producers, project managers, and asset managers to receive, organize, and ingest raw media assets. Inputting Metadata utilizing local digital asset management system (to maintain consistent taxonomy for seamless search and retrieval. * Follow company file naming convention and taxonomy with attention to detail. * Stay current with all file-based technology including all formats and codecs. * Stay current with creative marketing and social media trends from healthy active lifestyle brands * Liaise with Producers, Resource Managers and Project Managers to align schedules and budgets * Perform basic edits when needed using in-house systems. Currently Adobe Premiere Pro CC * Assist producers with sourcing vendors, booking and process contracts, billing, and any pre-production/onsite support * Maintain the props and storage rooms * Coordinate and transport on-site production catering and/or equipment using company vehicle WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: Our products may come in a box, but our ideas don't. Skills: * Self-motivated, proactive and able to work individually or collaborate within a large team. * Ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines using basic time management skills. * Individual must be organized, diligent and detail-oriented. * Demonstrate strong creative problem-solving abilities. * Basic knowledge of Adobe CC and specially Adobe Premiere Pro CC Experience (Media Management, Encoding and Basic Editing) * Must be comfortable working in a technology-focused environment and familiar with on-site production terminology * Experience with photo and video/audio quality control * Ability to have a "critical eye" and offer creative feedback and solutions Experience: * 1-2 years as an photo/video production assistant or similar. Education * Associates degree in film and video production or related field. |
