Position Summary

The Intake and Admin Coord Sr (Sr. Coordinator) is responsible for the intake and triage of new cases, consult requests and other incoming work for the Compliance & Ethics Program (CEP). Additional duties include coordinating the routine operations and the administrative support of MultiCare Health System's Privacy & Civil Rights Department. The Sr. Coordinator will be a master level user of the CEP system of record and skilled user of the access monitoring software. The Sr. Coordinator will assist with projects, incident reporting, breach reporting, and development of content for the internal and external websites and newsletters. The Sr. Coordinator serves as a role model for ethical behavior and promotes awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the MultiCare mission, vision and values, as well as those required by federal and state law.

Requirements


  • Associate Business or Computer Science Degree preferred
  • Minimum four (4) years office management/administrative experience; some Health Care environment
  • Minimum eight (8) years experience with personal computer required; Fluency in Microsoft Office software required; SharePoint experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.04 - $37.84 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
