Distribution Clerk- Weekend Night

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps everything running behind the scenes? Utz Quality Foods is looking for a Distribution Clerk to support our warehouse operations at our Hanover, PA facility. This position works Friday to Sunday 5:30 PM-5:30 AM.

In this role, you'll help manage the flow of inventory and shipments by verifying documentation, updating systems, and coordinating with carriers and suppliers. Responsibilities

• Verify and process incoming shipment documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Update inventory records in our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep things running seamlessly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Update order statuses and inventory in WMS to keep everything up-to-date.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager as needed

Requirements:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
